Hotel staff manner and profession are as important as the hotel facilities and location. Amer at the reception office was one of the best. My greetings and respect to all of the staff. Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, has very good location in Sisli. To near metro station Osmanbey are few minutes walk. If you arrive with the car, the staff takes care of it and parks it on parking facilities in the near. Rooms are very comfortly and were claned up every day. At my next Istanbul visit this hotel would be the first choise.

Absolutely liked this place. No complaints whatsoever, which is unheard of for Istanbul in my experience. Everything was clean and worked, the staff was helpful, wifi was fast enough for Netflix HD, two elevators so no wait, breakfast was a bit better than typical, location is great, close to the subway station and a huge modern shoping mall, but far enough from them to be in the quiet, less than 10 minute walk in a safe neighborhood. To be fair, sound isolation between the rooms wasn't good, but it is pretty bad nearly everywhere, so it's expected, Also imho there's too much useless old fashioned (like the whole interior) furniture in the room eating up space, but since the room was pretty big, no problem here, after all maybe other people like it. All in all, great place and even better value for money. Will be glad to return for sure.

The hotel is located on a cozy street right near a mosque. The metro station is 10 minute walk which is excellent. Really good breakfast and dozens of cafes nearby. One hour on the metro from the IST airport. The room is clean and cozy, and blackout curtains are helpful for such sleepyheads as I am. A small table matched my expectations (I used it for work)

I had two main requirements: to have good internet and to have a balcony. This hotel is one of the few that answered both my requests in the center of Istanbul. Most places that are supposed to have balconies do not actually have balconies, but 5-10 centimeters of space, which is usually for flowers. This hotel had a really big balcony. Another advantage is that the hotel is on a very quiet street, although it is actually 3 minutes from the main one. This gave me the opportunity to work. The staff is extremely kind, there is no question or request that they do not respond to.I arrived 4 hours early, I just wanted to leave my luggage, but they offered to accommodate me. It was great because that way I could take a shower after the long trip.

The staff working at the front desk were very helpful. Special thanks to Atusa who always went out of her way to accommodate us and answered our questions with patience to the best of her capability. Everyone in the hotel was very polite and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and spotless and the cleaners took really good care of the rooms while cleaning. Breakfast service was exceptional with a lot of variety. The location is fantastic to access the metro and different transports.

Cleanliness, attention and the kindness from the staff. Food was extremely good as well. We like staying with them so much that we must have visited them for the 7th time already.
